The Food and Drug Administration announced Thursday that Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas join a growing tally of affected states as investigators focus their attention on a farm in central Mexico operated by Taylor Farms, a major U.S. Produce supplier. The total number of people sickened by the parasite has climbed to 11,458, up from roughly 10,900 reported just last week.
