More than 80 teams fire up the smokers for Lubbock Chamber’s Hub City BBQ - KCBD

The shift started with a kickoff dinner called "Ribs and Raiders," held at Cook's Garage. Eleven pitmasters cooked for the crowd while attendees bid on a charity auction and listened to live music. Every dollar raised went to High Point Village, a Lubbock community built around supporting people with special needs.
