Third person arrested in death of Tasia Fortune, as police say hanging was staged

Eric Clark, 45, turned himself in Friday and faces a murder charge, according to the Jackson police department. He's scheduled to appear in court Monday. An autopsy investigation determined that the hanging and the scene where Fortune's body was found had been staged, though police haven't released details on how investigators reached that conclusion.

Clark is the third person arrested in connection with Fortune's death. Police haven't disclosed what ties him to the other two people already in custody, or what role each person is accused of playing.
