It's home to Dunbar-Struggs and Estacado High School, Mae Simmons Park, and generations of Lubbock families. Jackson-Mahon, Guadalupe, and Heart of Lubbock are the established east-side neighborhoods already on 806 Connect; Chatman Hill, Dunbar, and Parkway are newly added here.
