Central Lubbock between 34th and 50th, west of Monterey.
The Maedgen Area sits west of Wheelock and Monterey and south of Maxey Park and the Medical District, bordered roughly by Quaker Avenue, 34th Street, Indiana Avenue, and 50th Street. It is one of the most centrally located parts of Lubbock, with a mix of middle-class housing and a steady supply of both rentals and homes for sale. AB Davis Park sits inside the neighborhood.
