Alumni from around the world return to campus this weekend for Homecoming festivities. The Red Raiders hold a combined 58-35-3 record in Homecoming games, including 21-9 in the Big 12 era and 2-2 under Joey McGuire.
Texas Tech routed Kansas, 42-17, in last year's Homecoming. A win Saturday would give the Red Raiders consecutive Homecoming victories for the first time since a four-year run from 2012-15.
Saturday is a sellout. Texas Tech announced that on Sept. 28, making it four for four to start the season. If you don't have a ticket, you can still watch. Connor Onion and Robert Griffin III call the FOX broadcast, with Alexa Landestoy on the sideline, and the FOX Sports app streams it. On the radio, the Texas Tech Sports Network carries the game on more than 20 affiliates across Texas and New Mexico, plus SiriusXM channels 173 and 237.
Three home games remain after this one, all with limited tickets left: Arizona on Oct. 31, West Virginia on Nov. 7 and TCU on Nov. 26.
Tech won 21 of 24 Homecoming games from 1992 to 2015 but has won just four of ten since.
