The indictment expands an earlier criminal complaint that charged Drake with receipt of child pornography involving two minors. It now identifies three minors, called Jane Doe 1, Jane Doe 2 and Jane Doe 4. The alleged conduct spans multiple Texas locations, Colorado and Georgia.

The first count alleges Drake used the internet and a cellphone between February 2023 and September 2026 to persuade, induce, entice or coerce Jane Doe 1 into illegal sexual activity. The second alleges he attempted to cause Jane Doe 1 to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce a visual depiction. Two more counts allege receipt and distribution involving Jane Doe 2 and Jane Doe 4, one on or about Oct. 3, 2024, and one between Nov. 22, 2024, and Jan. 3, 2026.

Drake's Oct. 1 arrest came first. Earlier this month he waived his preliminary examination and detention hearing, and he remains in federal custody. He served as minister of worship arts and media at First Baptist Church of Borger, which suspended him from ministry responsibilities immediately after the arrest and removed his profile from its website. The indictment does not specify where the minors lived or were located.
