Fifth Annual Fulbright Alumni Reception - Texas Tech University

Jason Czyz, President and CEO of the Institute of International Education, will deliver the keynote. The event pulls together Fulbright students, visiting scholars, faculty and alumni from across the Texas Tech System, giving people who've spent time abroad on Fulbright scholarships a chance to reconnect and network under one roof. It runs alongside the TTU Fulbright Network's Ripple Effect Photography Exhibit, which International Affairs at Texas Tech built from submissions tied to the program.

The reception is open to the entire Texas Tech System Fulbright community. For a university that sends and hosts scholars across dozens of countries, this is one of the few nights all those threads gather in the same room.

For Lubbock, it's a reminder that Tech's international reach extends well past the Depot District and campus mall walks. A CEO of a major international education institute doesn't typically show up on a Tuesday evening in West Texas, and this one is.
