The Lubbock Avalanche-Journal released district standings for 2-5A Division I and Division II ahead of Week 4, and district play hasn't started for anyone yet. Every team listed shows 0-0 in district, meaning all the movement so far comes from non-district matchups. Frenship, Frenship Memorial, Lubbock High and Monterey all sit at 1-2 in Division I, tied with Amarillo Caprock and Amarillo Tascosa. Amarillo High leads that group at 2-1.
