Jury returns guilty verdict in deadly Lubbock bar shooting - Lubbock Avalanche-Journal

Jurors in the 364th District Court heard prosecutors present video evidence showing Yanez firing six shots at Rios from the front passenger window of his girlfriend's vehicle while Rios stood alone on the sidewalk. The shooting happened in the 1800 block of Clovis Road, on the north side of the city. Yanez is 24 years old.
