Lubbock Hubbers honored with historical marker - KCBD

Lubbock's own Hubbers baseball team, a name perhaps new to some, just received a historical marker recognizing their significant place in our city's past. These semi-pro ballplayers from the early 20th century were titans on the dusty diamonds, long before the Buddy Holly Hall graced the Depot District or Tech's campus stretched so wide.
