Motorcyclist hospitalized after crash north of Slaton - KCBD

A motorcyclist landed in the hospital Friday morning after losing control on Highway 84 near FM 1585, just north of Slaton. Lubbock County Sheriff's deputies were called to the crash just before 8 a.m.

The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries. DPS is now leading the investigation into what exactly happened.
Highway 84 connects Lubbock to communities east of the city, and crashes along that corridor can affect commuters traveling early in the morning.
