'Not as Bad': Lubbock crews work to clean-up after July 4

Lubbock County crews braced for the usual July 4th explosion of trash, but the cleanup was surprisingly light this year. City crews typically dedicate several days post-Independence Day clearing discarded fireworks and general debris from parks and neighborhoods county-wide, including everything from spent bottle rockets to Styrofoam coolers.
