Literacy Lubbock is bringing back the Lubbock Book Festival on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center.
Every dollar generated from the festival directly benefits Literacy Lubbock. This organization provides essential adult tutoring, GED preparation, and English-language instruction for residents across the South Plains. Those wanting early access for noon author signings can purchase tickets for $25. General admission costs $15, with entry beginning at 1 p.m. Children aged 12 and under will enjoy free entry to the event.
