The program runs Thursday, October 1 through Friday, October 16, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. To 4:00 p.m. It covers only cases filed in Lubbock Municipal Court, so if your ticket or warrant originated somewhere else, this does not apply to you. That includes unpaid traffic tickets sitting in the system.

The deal is straightforward: show up voluntarily during those hours, and you will not be arrested. People who have been avoiding the courthouse because they are nervous about what happens when they walk through the door now have a two-week window to handle things without that risk. Bring identification, according to the city's notice, so do not show up empty-handed.
