Police ID 84-year-old man who died in south Lubbock pickup, SUV crash - Lubbock Avalanche-Journal

The crash was reported around 3:30 p.m. On August 21. Investigators believe Burgess was driving west in the 4300 block of 98th Street and attempted a left turn onto Quaker Avenue. Timothy Meeks, 46, was heading east in the 4400 block of 98th Street when the two vehicles met in the intersection.
