How do I find Flock cameras near me?

Does this map cover the whole country?
It can show any camera that is on OpenStreetMap, anywhere. It opens on Lubbock and the 806, where we also link what local police say. Some cities are mapped in detail and others have almost nothing yet.
Where are the Flock cameras in Lubbock?

Are all of these cameras Flock cameras?
No. The map shows license plate reader cameras of any maker. When a neighbor could tell the maker, it is tagged: a round dot is tagged Flock, a square is another maker, and a hollow ring has no maker tagged.
Who can see the data from Flock cameras?

How do I add a Flock camera that is missing?

Is a Flock camera missing or in the wrong place?
The map shows what is on OpenStreetMap, so fixes happen there. 806 Connect cannot edit the map or take camera reports.
- Find the point
Tap “Open this point on OpenStreetMap” in any pin’s popup, or look up the spot on openstreetmap.org.
- Leave a note or edit it
Anyone can leave a note on the map without an account. To move, fix or remove a point, sign in to OpenStreetMap (it is free) and edit it.
- Check back in a day or two
The 806 part of this map asks OpenStreetMap for fresh data about once a day, and other areas about every two days. The “map data as of” date shows what it last got.
- Add only a camera you have seen yourself from a public place. Do not copy from a company or agency list.
- Tag the maker, the operator and the direction only when you can tell. Leave them off when you cannot.
- The tagging guide lists devices that look like cameras but should not be tagged as plate readers, such as an acoustic device. Read it first.
- Leave private property and homes alone.

The files hold the same cameras the map shows, no more. Points marked as homes are left out, and free-text notes are not included. Not every camera is mapped, so do not use these files as a count of the cameras in the 806.

Technical details: the exact OpenStreetMap query
For the 806, this page sends one request to OpenStreetMap’s Overpass service about once a day. For other areas, our server cuts each map square from a saved copy of every plate reader camera OpenStreetMap volunteers have mapped worldwide. We refresh that copy by hand every few weeks, with the same kind of question and the name “806Connect/1.0 (806connect.com)”. Your browser never contacts Overpass. The question for the 806 is:

About this data
The cameras come from OpenStreetMap, the free map that volunteers edit. A camera shows up here when someone adds it, so some cameras are missing, some points are old, and a few may be counted twice. The map opens on the 45 Texas counties in the 806 area code and can show cameras anywhere on OpenStreetMap as you zoom in. A maker, operator or direction appears only when a volunteer tagged it.
