Sandeep Kumar Named Chair of Texas Tech’s Department of Plant & Soil Science - The Indian EYE

Kumar comes to Lubbock from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture, where he served as a national program leader with the Institute of Bioenergy, Climate & Environment.
