Two people arrested after aggravated assault and child kidnapping in Clovis - KLBK

Clovis Police Department officials say the incident happened near the 2200 block of Whippoorwill Way. Dispatch received the emergency call around 2:41 p.m. On September 17. The caller, identified as the children's father, told authorities the mother's significant other had pulled out the item during the confrontation.
