Holiday Deals Card: join the waitlist

A seasonal edition of the Neighborhood Card for holiday offers. Join the waitlist and we will tell you first when spots open.

How it would work

Web first

Each neighborhood with businesses signed up would get its own seasonal page, with a share link and that neighborhood’s offers.

One business per category

The same rule as the Neighborhood Card: one approved business per category on each card.

Print only if it fills

A printed card is ordered when enough businesses in a neighborhood sign up to cover printing and postage.

No charge ahead of time

We write to you with the exact price and neighborhood. Nothing is charged until you say yes.

Put your name on the list

For business owners and managers. We write to you when spots open in your area.

We need at least one of the two.

By submitting you agree we may contact you about the Holiday Deals Card. This is not a purchase.

Questions

When can I buy a spot?

Join the waitlist and we will tell you first when spots open in your neighborhood, with the exact price before anything is charged.

Will it be printed?

Only if enough businesses in a neighborhood sign up to cover printing and postage. If not, it stays on the web, which already works without paper.

What do you do with my information?

We keep your name and contact to write to you about this card and nothing else. You can ask us to remove you any time.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining the list does not commit you to buy anything.

How exclusivity works

In plain terms, and only what the system really does.

The rule: one business per category, per route.

Our database allows only one approved business in a category on a route at a time. It is not a promise on a page: the system rejects the second one.

Reserving is a request, not a hold.

Your request goes into a pending queue and our team reads it. Your category is held once we approve your slot. If another business in that category is already approved on the route, we tell you.

Categories are broad for now.

You pick one from the list below. If two businesses in the same trade pick different categories, the system treats them as different, which is why we read every request before approving it. If a request would put two direct competitors on one card, we will tell you.

What it covers and what it does not.

Exclusivity covers the Neighborhood Card on that route. It does not remove anyone from the 806 Connect directory, search or the Wire: business pages stay free and open to everyone.

It is not a lock forever.

Your category is held while your slot is active. If you leave, it opens for the next business.
