Grayson Archer got into fitness several years ago and couldn't find one place to track everything. He took the idea to William Trapp, who has built websites and apps for two years. Trapp built a web browser, but it didn't hold up.

They dropped the project until January 2026, when Grant Moos joined and the three got serious. Trapp said the original goal was simply to get something on the app store, but the app is now growing well beyond that.

People have downloaded it more than 400 times so far, and the team is working on getting it onto the Google Play store. Glide connects with Apple Health and lets users find and connect with other people. Archer says no other app brings everything together and builds a program for the user.

The trainer AI is the standout feature. It builds workout plans and meals, and Moos says you can tell it what's in your fridge or that you have only 700 calories left for the day, and it will build a meal around that. Memberships come in three tiers: Free, Elite and Pro.
