Both dates are days off from school. Families can pick half-day or full-day sessions, and kids must be 5 or older for the full-day option.

Campers will run hands-on experiments and explore the center's new exhibit, Ice Dinosaurs: The Lost World of the Alaskan Tundra. The Discovery Center says caregivers can also sign kids up to investigate creepy crawlies.

For parents, the cost depends on membership and how long the kids stay. Half-day registration is $27 for members and $30 for nonmembers. A full day runs $44.50 for members and $55 for nonmembers, a $10.50 gap. Pre-care and after-care cost $10 each, so a nonmember who books a full day plus both extras pays $75. Caregivers who register one camper for three or more sessions get 10% off their cart.
