His family surrendered him because they were moving and could not take him along. The shelter says he was sad at first but has found his smile again.
Bubba is a fan favorite. He has enjoyed tons of Doggy Day Outs and sleepovers, and he has gone to multiple adoption events, winning hearts everywhere he goes.
He does great meeting new people and new dogs. He plays with dogs of all sizes and ages, from little ones to big ones, young pups to seniors. The shelter blames all the things to sniff for his habit of pulling a little on the leash.
At 10, he still has plenty of playful puppy energy. The shelter pitches him as a walking buddy or a teddy bear for cuddling.
His medical checklist is full. Bubba is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed. Lubbock Animal Services is at 3323 SE Loop 289, and the number is (806) 775-2057.
The only thing missing is someone to take him home.
