The incident happened Aug. 14, 2026. Frontline says it discovered and remediated the problem the next day. The company told the district that no student information was exposed, and Lubbock ISD says it will notify families if that changes.

The district is still working to get more details. Frontline plans to keep sending Lubbock ISD updates on the incident and its response.

Employees will hear from Frontline directly. The company will start contacting affected people Oct. 26, 2026, to confirm their information was involved and share more about the data. Frontline is working with TransUnion and will offer two years of credit monitoring to those affected. It has also notified the Texas Attorney General and law enforcement agencies.

Questions can go to a Frontline hotline at 833-516-8792, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. To 8 p.m. Eastern time. Lubbock ISD also points people to the Federal Trade Commission's identity theft site, www.identitytheft.gov/databreach, which lists steps to protect yourself after a breach.
