Tonight stays quiet, calm and cool. Lows drop into the 50s for most, with clear skies and light winds.
Thursday is a copy-cat of Wednesday. Highs climb into the upper 70s and lower 80s, and southeast winds pick up to around 10 to 20 mph. Friday turns beautiful and mild, with highs dipping into the low to mid 70s. Gusts upwards of 30 mph are possible.
Changes move through as the weekend arrives. Rain chances pass through primarily Saturday night and into the daytime hours Sunday and Monday, and even into Tuesday. Temperatures then fall into the 60s for a good chunk of next week.
For people here, the next two days are the easy ones. Anyone planning to be outside will notice the wind more than the heat. Once the weekend system arrives, the cooler air stays with the rain.
Halloween is about 10 days away, and the forecast is already shifting toward more typical fall weather.
