The defender had already come close. Her header at the end of the first half looked good until TCU's backline cleared it off the line. Tech created four quality chances in that half. After the break, Eleanor Hays served a free kick from the center circle, Taylor Zdrojewski followed with a header in the middle of the box, and Bahr fired the finish for her second goal.
Goalkeeper Addie Todd made two saves for her eighth clean sheet. Her goals-against average sits at 0.46, and her .885 save percentage leads the Big 12. That ties her with Stephanie Carter (1995) and Madison White (2021) for eighth-most in a season in program history.
The Red Raiders move to 9-0-4 overall and 5-0-1 in the Big 12. That is five straight wins and seven in their last eight. They have gone 18 games unbeaten, and 22 straight against in-state opponents. Only UNCW, at 23, has a longer unbeaten run nationally. Tech has allowed one goal in its last five league games, and its +10 goal differential leads the conference. Hays, who scored and assisted Thursday in Stillwater, picked up her fourth assist of the season.
When Tech scores exactly once, it has gone 75-4-16 over its last 95 tries.
