Season 11 showed Cameron caring for infant son Kayden in Croatia while Gallagher, the boy's father, worked 18-hour days on a nearby superyacht, the Akira One. After the season ended, the couple split following an alleged December 2025 domestic violence incident that ended with Gallagher's arrest for assault.
Bravo has since cut ties with him. Gallagher spoke with Rolling Stone.
"You didn't get to see much of my time in Croatia," Cameron wrote. "It wasn't the easiest chapter of my life and there's still so much to be said about that time." She shared candid photos from Head Stew Aesha Scott's engagement party, which the finale showed in part, with Captain Sandy Yawn and former Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier in the frame. She also posted images of herself and Kayden. "Leaving my support system at home wasn't the plan, but I'm grateful for the experience," she wrote. "Croatia showed me the strength I have as a mother and as a woman."
