Arizona told the former Ohio State star about its decision Saturday morning, according to CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz. Harrison had been the subject of trade speculation for days.

Suitors are a moving target. The Indianapolis Colts looked into Harrison, but Mike Chappell reported Saturday that they are not in the sweepstakes after doing their due diligence. Zenitz reports the Houston Texans are among the teams that have talked with Arizona.

General manager Monti Ossenfort publicly maintained that Harrison remains part of the franchise's plans. Sunday's reported deal makes that moot. Harrison, 24, has not given the Cardinals reasons to feature him this season, with drops and productivity concerns. He gained 608 yards in 12 games last season and has five catches for 85 yards through four games in 2026. As a rookie, he started 16 games and caught 62 passes for 885 yards and eight touchdowns.

Tom Pelissero reports Arizona now wants a second-rounder or better to move him.
