The Spanish singer-songwriter appeared as musical guest after an introduction from host Shane Gillis, and she performed two songs from LUX, her fourth studio album. She opened with "Reliquia" in a dark, ballet-inspired outfit while shadows of orchestral musicians played across a flowy curtain behind her. She trained with a professional ballerina to prepare for the choreography on her LUX tour.
For her second song, she sang "Magnolias," the closing track from LUX, in a sheer gown on a dimly lit stage.
The night marked her second turn as SNL's musical guest. She debuted in 2022 with "Chicken Teriyaki" and "La Noche de Anoche" from her album MOTOMAMI. She had also made a cameo during Bad Bunny's 2021 appearance, when the pair performed "La Noche de Anoche." LUX entered the Billboard 200 at No. 4 and debuted at No. 1 on five Billboard charts, including Top Latin Albums, Classical Albums, Classical Crossover Albums and World Albums. "Reliquia" reached the top 10 on Hot Latin Songs in November 2025.
