Martin Camacho Named President of International Council for Arts Deans - Texas Tech University
Martin Camacho, dean of Texas Tech's J.T. & Margaret Talkington College of Visual & Performing Arts, became president of the International Council for Arts Deans on Oct. 7 during the organization's 62nd annual conference.
